About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create memorable Santa photo-set experiences for families. The role combines guest service, sales, and photography: welcoming families, engaging with children, taking photos, and providing guests with souvenirs. Photography experience is not required. Associates help keep photo operations running smoothly and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Availability for a day shift from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. is needed. The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail periods such as evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as attendance at training meetings and completion of required courses.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable handling cash.
• Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
• Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo-set experience, helping every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
