About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer to support Santa photo sets at Roosevelt Field. The role involves welcoming families, engaging with children, taking photos, and providing memorable souvenirs while delivering a joyful guest experience. Photography experience is not required. Associates help keep photo operations running smoothly, operate point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, attendance at training meetings, and flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Day-shift availability from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. is needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
