About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create enjoyable Santa photo experiences for families. The role combines guest service, photography, and sales: welcoming families, engaging with children, taking photos, and helping guests purchase memorable souvenirs. Photography experience is not required. Associates work with a team to keep photo operations smooth, safe, and clean, and may be assigned other tasks. The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, with flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The posting also identifies a need for day-shift availability from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable handling cash.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Be flexible to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available for day-shift hours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
