About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at The SoNo Collection to help create memorable Santa photo experiences for children and families. The associate welcomes and engages with guests, takes photos, and provides holiday souvenirs while delivering warm, attentive guest service and supporting smooth photo-set operations. Photography experience is not required. The role involves operating a POS system and photography equipment, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and collaborating with coworkers. Candidates must be available to work at least 20 hours per week or as needed, attend training, and work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Day-shift availability through 3 p.m. is needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Day-shift availability through 3 p.m. is needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo-set experience.
• Work as part of a team to keep photo operations running smoothly and effectively.
• Interact in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
