About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create memorable Santa photo experiences at Natick Mall. The associate welcomes families, engages with children, takes photos, and supports guests throughout the experience, helping ensure photo operations run smoothly. The role involves operating a point-of-sale system and photography equipment, processing transactions, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. Candidates must be available for day-shift hours through 4 p.m., attend training meetings and complete required courses, and work at least 20 hours per week or as needed. Flexibility is also needed for peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable handling cash.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Work as part of a team to keep photo operations running smoothly and effectively.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, and festive manner.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
