About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create enjoyable experiences for families at Santa photo sets. The role combines guest service, photography, sales, and support for day-to-day photo operations. Associates welcome and engage families and children, take photos, and help guests leave with memorable holiday souvenirs. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal, offers flexible scheduling, and requires availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employees must be available for at least 20 hours per week or as needed and attend training meetings and complete required courses.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
• Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Deliver excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to keep photo operations running smoothly and effectively.
• Interact in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
