About The Position

The Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate supports store operations, inventory accuracy, and customer service. The role includes receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; and monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are completed on time. The associate helps keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently while greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Daily work may include reviewing goals and promotions, preparing the store, tagging and organizing merchandise, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Associates also help customers with timely and accurate order fulfillment, share loyalty program benefits, organize the stockroom, complete orders, and help prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.

Responsibilities

Receive, tag, organize, and restock merchandise.
Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders accurately and on time.
Monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time.
Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service.
Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and share loyalty program benefits.
Maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms by recovering merchandise, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
Organize the stockroom and help prepare the team for the next day.
Work collaboratively to support store operations, sales goals, and customer satisfaction.
