Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Eugene Valley River Center
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. The role includes receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. You also interact with customers by greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering curbside orders with care. The position supports a shoppable sales floor through recovery, restocking, updates to signs and pricing, and merchandise moves. You work collaboratively, contribute to sales goals, share Loyalty program benefits, and help organize the stockroom and complete orders at the end of the day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise, and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders accurately and on time.
- Monitor alerts and help ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting shoppers and resolving issues.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, restock merchandise, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and contribute to sales goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and help prepare the store and stockroom for smooth operations and the next day's work.
