Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Victor Valley
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help deliver a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise, picking, packing and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, delivering orders curbside, and monitoring alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time. You help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently while greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. The role also involves preparing the store for the day, tagging items, organizing the stockroom, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their purchases, organize the stockroom, complete orders, and prepare the team for the next day. Teamwork, hospitality, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence support customer satisfaction and store performance. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.

- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help customers complete their purchases.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day to prepare the team for the next day.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support store operations and customer service.
- Work toward daily sales goals and contribute to individual and store results.
