The Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, supports store operations, maintains inventory accuracy, and helps ensure a smooth customer experience. The role involves receiving and organizing merchandise, picking and packing orders, retrieving them from back-of-house storage, and delivering orders curbside. Typical work includes preparing for the day by reviewing goals and promotions; receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise; assisting customers and fulfilling orders; recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms; updating signs and pricing; restocking merchandise and supporting merchandise moves; sharing loyalty program benefits; completing orders; and organizing the stockroom at the end of the day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
