You receive and organize merchandise, pick and pack orders, retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver them curbside. You monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are completed on time, and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves customer interactions, including greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering curbside orders with care. The position emphasizes hospitality, selling, working toward goals, and creating positive customer experiences. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing goals, learning about products and promotions, and completing tasks such as receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise. They assist customers on the floor and during curbside pickups, fulfill orders accurately and on time, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their purchases, organize the stockroom, complete orders, and prepare the team for the next day. Colleagues support one another and work to improve, achieve sales goals, and contribute to individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
