About The Position

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help deliver a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, pick and pack orders, retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver orders curbside. You monitor alerts to help ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time, and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also includes greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care.

Daily work may include receiving merchandise, tagging items, organizing the stockroom, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. You also help customers, share Loyalty program benefits, complete orders, and prepare the stockroom and team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize merchandise, tag items, and maintain an orderly stockroom.

• Help maintain inventory accuracy and efficient stockroom and sales-floor operations.
• Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
• Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
• Share Loyalty program benefits and help customers complete their purchases.
• Complete orders and organize the stockroom to prepare the team for the next day.
