About The Position

The Seasonal Clerk position is located at the Williams-Sonoma distribution center in Olive Branch, Mississippi. The role supports distribution center operations by preparing and publishing reports, closing shipment loads and manifests, researching and publishing OS&D reports, and assisting with load planning. The position works Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. and may require overtime, flexible schedules, and work in various departments or buildings. The clerk is expected to promote safety, apply the company’s mission, vision, and values in daily work, and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the Direct to Customer (DTC) supply chain management process.
• Available to work overtime and flexible schedules.
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company.
• Use Williams-Sonoma’s mission, vision, and values to guide daily activities, including providing guidance to other associates and departments.
• Gather information and prepare, update, and publish distribution center reports.
• Close Pool, OT, and Furniture loads as needed.
• Close UPS manifests as needed.
• Research and publish OS&D reports as needed.
• Assist the Lead with load planning as needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
