About The Position

Vivienne Westwood is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support its New York boutique during the busy holiday season on a fixed-term contract. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day store operations during peak trading periods, including stock management, deliveries, replenishment, packaging, cashier support, and maintaining store standards. Working as part of a close-knit team, the Seasonal Associate helps keep the boutique fully operational and contributes to an efficient, premium customer experience. Additional duties may be required to fulfil the role.

Responsibilities

Support the boutique’s day-to-day operations during the peak seasonal trading period.
Receive, process, merchandise, and replenish stock deliveries accurately and promptly.
Maintain organised, accessible, and accurately accounted-for stockroom inventory.
Assist with inventory management, stock transfers, cycle counts, and stock control procedures.
Keep product displays replenished and well-maintained in line with brand standards.
Provide operational support to the store team and contribute to a smooth customer journey.
Prepare and present customer purchases, including gift packaging, to luxury retail standards.
Support cashier operations by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist with store opening and closing procedures, operational checks, and housekeeping.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised sales floor and stockroom.
Collaborate with colleagues to keep the boutique operational during busy trading periods.
Uphold Vivienne Westwood’s values, standards, and procedures.
Perform additional duties as needed to fulfil the requirements of the role.
