About The Position

A law firm client is seeking a Litigation Associate in New York with 3–5 years of experience, ideally including a background in energy disputes. The role offers significant case responsibility and direct client exposure. The firm offers substantive work and early responsibility, training and mentorship, competitive compensation and benefits, and a hybrid work arrangement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent research and persuasive writing skills.
• J.D. required.
• Admission to the New York bar in good standing, or admission in progress.

• Background in energy disputes, including energy litigation or energy regulatory experience.
• Case management experience.
• Experience arguing motions, taking or defending depositions, and handling party and non-party discovery.
