About The Position

Vivienne Westwood is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate for its New York store on a seasonal, part-time basis. The role supports the Retail Team during the busiest trading period, delivering an exceptional client experience while helping drive sales, maintain store standards, and keep boutique operations running smoothly. The position involves both sales-floor and stockroom work, including customer service, sales, stock handling, visual merchandising, transactions, and support for store events. The role may also include additional duties needed to fulfil its requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
Build strong client relationships and develop product knowledge across all categories.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Support the team during peak trading periods.
Replenish stock and maintain product availability on the shop floor.
Receive, process, and organise stock deliveries.
Support stock transfers, returns, and inventory movements.
Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store and stockroom.
Assist with visual merchandising and window displays as directed.
Process transactions accurately through the POS system.
Support store events, launches, and promotional activities.
Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Act as a positive ambassador for the Vivienne Westwood brand.
