About The Position

The Seasonal Ambassador brings Everlane to life for customers during the Holiday Season, helping create a positive, best-in-class store experience. This customer-focused role serves as a face of the brand and champion of its mission and values. The Ambassador styles customers, works to exceed individual goals, contributes across different areas of the business, and supports an upbeat, collaborative store environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry.
Passion for helping others and enjoying teamwork.
Ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Exceptional communication skills and comfort receiving feedback.
Ambition to learn and grow from others.
Availability of at least 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support business needs.
Availability for required Black Friday, December 24, December 26, and peak weekend days during the holiday season.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.
Ability to stand regularly and move around all areas of the store while remaining accessible to customers.
