About The Position

The Brand Ambassador represents Carhartt and promotes its brand, mission, and values while delivering a personalized, engaging, and efficient retail experience. The role supports sales and store revenue goals, maintains visual merchandising and operational standards, contributes to community engagement, and collaborates with the store team. This is a seasonal, on-site retail position in the D2C department that reports to the Store Leader. The pay range is $16–$19.20 per hour.

Requirements

Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
PC skills, including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to meet the stated physical requirements: extended periods standing, typing on a computer, and moderate lifting of 30–40 lbs.
Ability to work retail hours.
Ability to travel nationally up to 5%.

Execute visual merchandising and visual standards so products are properly displayed.

Support leadership by upholding operational standards, working safely, and following company policies and procedures.
Work with the team to achieve or exceed the store’s total revenue goals.
Identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable solutions to consumers to meet and exceed their expectations.
Support community engagement events and help Store Leaders develop ideas to grow brand awareness in the community.
Take ownership of personal development and professional growth.
