About The Position

The Brand Ambassador represents Carhartt in a retail store, promotes the brand in alignment with its mission and values, and delivers engaging, efficient, personalized consumer experiences while sharing the Carhartt story. The role supports sales and store revenue goals, visual merchandising, operational standards, community engagement, and personal professional development. This is a seasonal, on-site position in a typical retail store environment. The pay range is $18.65–$20.40 per hour, based on experience. The position reports to the Store Leader.

Requirements

Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
PC skills, including experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to meet the role’s physical requirements, including extended periods standing, computer typing, and moderate lifting of 30–40 lbs.
Ability to travel nationally up to 5%.

Responsibilities

Promote the Carhartt brand as an ambassador, aligning actions with the company’s mission and values.
Deliver a positive retail experience with every consumer interaction and provide personalized, engaging, and efficient service while telling the Carhartt story.
Execute visual merchandising and visual standards to ensure products are properly displayed.
Contribute positively and collaboratively as a team member.
Participate in performance and talent management, including training, coaching, feedback, and development.
Support leadership by upholding operational standards, working safely, and following company policies and procedures.
Work with the team to achieve or exceed the store’s total revenue goals.
Identify sales opportunities, find suitable solutions for consumers, and drive sales by meeting and exceeding consumer expectations.
Support community engagement events and assist Store Leaders with ideas to grow brand awareness in the community.
Take ownership of personal development and professional growth.
