About The Position

Butler’s Bus Service is seeking a Part-Time School Van Driver in the Candia/Hooksett/Auburn, NH area. This role offers a split shift (AM/PM) on weekdays only, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The position provides weekly pay with guaranteed minimum hours, paid training, and opportunities for bonuses. Drivers can bring the van home, and there are chances for extra hours through charters and activity trips. A part-time benefits package including dental, vision, and 401(k) is offered. Requirements

School Bus Certificate (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
Safe driving record
Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, & physical
Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

Safely transport students to and from school and events
May include assisting students enter/exit vehicle and using specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc)
Drive assigned routes
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies
