About The Position

First Student is hiring part-time School Van Drivers in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania. Drivers transport students safely between home and school, including before-school pickup and after-school drop-off. The role has a split shift, with a few free hours between the morning and afternoon shifts, and guarantees four hours of work per school day. There are no night or weekend shifts unless the driver wants them. Additional hours may be available through trips and charters. No prior van-driving experience is required; paid training is provided. The position is safety-sensitive and subject to DOT drug testing. Job-related training, safety communications, policies, and documents require English proficiency.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have held a valid driver’s license for three consecutive years.
• Be proficient in English for job-related training, safety communications, policies, and documents.
• Submit to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee.

Responsibilities

• Pick up students before school and transport them safely.
• Drop students off at home after school.
• Complete required training and follow safety communications and company policies.

Benefits
