About The Position

NRT Bus is seeking a Part-Time School Van Driver in Dracut, MA. This role involves safely transporting students to and from school and events, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe vehicle. The position offers a split shift (AM/PM) on weekdays only, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. NRT Bus provides paid training, consistent hours and pay, and opportunities for extra hours through charters and activity trips. Requirements

School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
Safe driving record
Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, & 7D physical
Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

Safely transport students to and from school and events
May include assisting students enter/exit vehicle and using specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc)
Drive assigned routes
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies
