Sub School Nurse - Pingree Grove
About The Position
Assured Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to provide substitute nursing support at a school in the Pingree Grove, Illinois area. The nurse will assist students and support the health and wellness of the student body. This temporary substitute position runs from November 9, 2026, through February 4, 2027. The schedule is either 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay is $37–$39 per hour. Assured Healthcare Staffing offers PRN, temporary, and direct-hire opportunities, providing healthcare staffing solutions for schools, facilities, in-home care, and other client needs.
Requirements
- Registered nurse with an active Illinois license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current TB screening.
Nice To Haves
- School nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform health room duties, including diabetic monitoring, medication administration, and routine first aid.
- Document care provided and follow school policies for medical procedures.
- Perform other duties and tasks as they arise.
