About The Position
AB Staffing Solutions is hiring a Registered Nurse for a school-based, 1:1 nursing opportunity in Naperville, Illinois, for the 2026–2027 school year. The nurse will provide dedicated support to an individual student throughout the school day while working with school staff and other members of the educational team. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday for approximately 30 hours per week, with a start listed as ASAP. Pay is up to $50 per hour.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license or qualifying multistate license.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a school environment.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric, school-based, home health, or 1:1 nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to established orders and care plans.
- Monitor the student's health and safety.
- Maintain appropriate documentation.
- Communicate with appropriate members of the student's care and educational teams.
- Work alongside school staff and other members of the educational team.
