About The Position
Always Compassionate Health is seeking an LPN or RN to provide one-to-one pediatric nursing care in a school setting. Experience with G-tubes/PEG tubes, ventilators, and tracheostomy care is required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential bus rides and after-school hours. Compensation is $38 per hour for LPNs and $48 per hour for RNs, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
Requirements
- Valid New York State LPN or RN license.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience.
- Experience with G-tubes/PEG tubes, ventilators, and tracheostomy care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to the care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor the student's condition and document care.
- Communicate with families, school staff, and healthcare providers.
