Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; a CDL is not needed to start.
Must have held a driver’s license for at least 3 years, or 5 years when applying in Tennessee or Washington.
Minimum age of 21, or 25 in Tennessee.
If the applicant held a DOT-regulated driving role in the past 3 years, that employment must be verifiable under DOT guidelines.
Pass a DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.
Comply with DOT regulations; marijuana use is prohibited, including medical use.
Reliable attendance and a safety-first attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a CDL-A/B, delivery, shuttle, or transit driver.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, camp counseling, coaching, school support, medical transport, nursing home driving, patient transfer, trades, or mechanics.
