About The Position
Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a part-time School-Age Childcare Assistant for an after-school program at Mettawee Community School in West Pawlet, Vermont. The position follows the public school calendar and is committed for the 2026–2027 school year. The schedule is 2:25 to 5:30 PM on school days, with pay of $16.00 to $17.50 per hour and payday every other Friday. The assistant helps create a fun, welcoming after-school space for school-age children, supports their friendships through games and activities, and serves as a positive influence during their afternoons. Requirements
- Enjoys working with school-age children.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Comfortable working in a structured school setting.
