About The Position

Inspired Home Health is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to organize and manage day-to-day field coverage so clients receive timely in-home care. The role involves building and maintaining schedules, confirming assignments, promptly and accurately updating changes, coordinating communications between the office and field team, tracking coverage needs, and maintaining clear documentation in Homecare Homebase (HCHB). A typical day includes reviewing the weekly schedule and overnight updates, monitoring confirmations, adjusting schedules for last-minute changes, and keeping system records current. The coordinator shares updates across phone, email, and internal messages, reconciles open items, prepares coverage for the next day, and completes documentation. The role requires passing the OIG exclusion list, an MVR check, and holding an Arizona fingerprint clearance card.

Requirements

Strong scheduling and coordination skills in a fast-paced setting.
Working knowledge of Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
Clear, professional communication and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and follow established processes.
Must pass the OIG exclusion list and MVR checks.
Must have an Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
