About The Position

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules for electrical infrastructure projects. The role goes beyond producing Gantt charts and reports: the Scheduler applies construction knowledge to represent realistic work sequencing, identify potential challenges, support forecasting, and help project teams make better decisions. The position involves working alongside project and site teams and contributing to field execution. The role is based in Itasca, Texas, or Midland, Texas, and requires travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicle driven, with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong scheduling skills, curiosity, critical thinking, communication, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology, changing expectations, and project requirements.
• Collaboration, clear communication, and self-starter qualities.
