About The Position

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules for electrical infrastructure construction projects. The role extends beyond creating Gantt charts and reports: it applies construction knowledge to establish realistic sequencing, identify potential challenges, support forecasting, and help project teams make informed decisions. The Scheduler works alongside project and site teams and contributes to field execution through scheduling expertise, curiosity, critical thinking, and effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicle driven, with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
