About The Position

Michels Power, Inc. is hiring a Scheduler to develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules for electrical infrastructure and related construction projects. The role goes beyond producing Gantt charts and reports: the Scheduler applies construction knowledge to create realistic sequencing, identify potential challenges, support forecasting, and help project teams make informed decisions. The successful candidate is curious about how work is built and works closely with project and site teams to add value to field execution. The position is based in Itasca, Texas, or Midland, Texas, and is full-time. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicle driven, with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work under tight deadlines.
• Adaptability to changing expectations, project requirements, and evolving technology.
