About The Position

Brompton Heights, an assisted living facility in Williamsville, NY, is hiring a full-time Scheduler to support its nursing department. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain nursing staff schedules.
• Ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Communicate with staff about scheduling needs and changes.
• Assist with call-outs and last-minute coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of staff information, attendance, and scheduling changes.
• Monitor staff availability, track attendance, and manage call-ins to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
• Address scheduling challenges and adapt to last-minute changes resulting from call-ins or emergencies; assist with shift swaps.
• Assist as needed with recruiting, hiring, orientation, and training of new employees.
