About The Position

Brompton Heights Senior Living in Williamsville is hiring caring, dependable Personal Care Aides to support senior residents. The role provides hands-on personal care while helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. PCAs work closely with nurses and other care team members to provide individualized care in accordance with care plans, community policies, and safety procedures.

Available shifts are days (7:00am–3:00pm), evenings (3:00pm–11:00pm), and overnights (11:00pm–7:00am).

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide personal care and support based on each resident’s individual needs.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily routines as needed.
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction with residents.
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment.
• Work closely with nurses and fellow care team members to provide exceptional resident care.
• Follow individualized care plans, community policies, and safety procedures.
