Personal Care Aide - Orchard Heights
About The Position
Orchard Heights Senior Living in Orchard Park is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to support older adults, including individuals living with memory loss. The role focuses on helping residents feel safe, comfortable, valued, and at home through respectful, individualized care. Aides assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living, including mobility, meals, grooming, dressing, and other routines. They follow individualized care plans and community policies, observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior, maintain a safe and clean environment, and build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. Full-time opportunities are available on day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and evening shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide attentive and respectful care to individuals living with memory-related conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred.
