About The Position

Hamister Group is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Aide to join the team at Orchard Heights Assisted Living. The role helps maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment that feels like home for residents. Providing exceptional service and honoring resident preferences are central to the work. This is a day-shift position, 30 or more hours per week, with alternating weekends and a holiday rotation required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas.
• Help ensure a warm, welcoming, home-like atmosphere throughout the community.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and infection control standards.
• Respond to resident requests professionally and with care.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to support daily operations.
