About The Position

Orchard Heights Senior Living in Orchard Park is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to support older adults and create a safe, comfortable environment for residents living with memory loss. The role provides respectful, individualized assistance with personal care and daily routines, while helping residents feel safe, valued, and at home. Full-time opportunities are available for day and evening shifts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide attentive and respectful care to individuals living with memory-related conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Help residents with mobility, meals, grooming, dressing, and other daily routines.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Follow individualized care plans and community policies.
