About The Position

Heather Heights, located in Pittsford, NY, is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to work in its assisted living and memory care facility. The PCA provides hands-on assistance and meaningful support to residents while promoting their dignity, safety, and quality of life. Part-time shifts are available during the day (7 a.m.–3 p.m.), evening (3 p.m.–11 p.m.), overnight (11 p.m.–7 a.m.), and weekends.

Requirements

• Previous senior living, memory care, or caregiving experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide meal assistance.
• Engage residents in activities and meaningful conversation.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Follow care plans and safety procedures.
• Provide compassionate care.
