About The Position

Heather Heights, located in Pittsford, NY, is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to work in its assisted living and memory care facility. Requirements

• Previous senior living, memory care, or caregiving experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide meal assistance.
• Engage residents in activities and meaningful conversation.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Follow care plans and safety procedures.
• Provide compassionate care.
