About The Position
Hamister Group is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Aide for Orchard Heights Assisted Living. The role helps maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming home-like environment for residents. The position is a day shift, with alternating weekends and holiday rotation required. Honoring resident preferences and providing exceptional service are important aspects of the work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas.
- Help create a warm, welcoming, home-like atmosphere throughout the community.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and infection control standards.
- Respond to resident requests professionally and with care.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to support daily operations.
