About The Position
Brompton Heights Senior Living in Williamsville is hiring caring, dependable Personal Care Aides to support its senior residents. The role provides hands-on assistance while helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. PCAs build meaningful relationships with residents and work as part of a care team alongside nurses and fellow care team members. Day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide personal care and support based on each resident’s individual needs.
- Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily routines as needed.
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests.
- Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Provide companionship and meaningful interaction with residents.
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment.
- Work closely with nurses and fellow care team members to provide exceptional resident care.
- Follow individualized care plans, community policies, and safety procedures.
