About The Position

Join Saint Luke's Cardiology Team as a Scheduler at the North location. This full-time role coordinates appointments, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care to help ensure patients have timely access to services. The Scheduler serves as a central contact for physicians and nurses at each Cardiology office, handles incoming calls, schedules appointments and services, and determines financial accountability based on information and referrals. The position also provides cross coverage for registration and reception. A potential hybrid opportunity may be available after 90 days.
