About The Position
Medication Technicians are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. This role manages the wellness schedule and assists with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting. It also supports residents with activities of daily living, monitors vital signs as instructed, communicates with team members, residents, and families, and provides excellent customer service. The posting states that a Pennsylvania Certified Medication Aide is required. The position is full-time, with every other weekend available, and pays starting at $25 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a Certified Medication Aide in the state of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
- Manage the wellness schedule.
- Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
- Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
- Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
