About The Position

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. This position offers a full-time evening opening and part-time opportunities on all shifts. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts include a shift differential. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is required.

• One year of caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, and continence management.
• Check and monitor vital signs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
