About The Role We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Scale team in NYC! At monday.com, we’re passionate about building an amazing product and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our clients love the platform, and it’s incredibly rewarding, and fun, to guide them to success while driving real business outcomes. As an Account Manager on Scale, you will: Own a portfolio of early adopter and expansion accounts, including renewals , driving adoption, retention, and growth. Identify signals for expansion opportunities and execute upsells, cross-sells, and outbound campaigns to generate additional revenue streams. Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting with customers on processes and challenging leaders to drive meaningful change. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outbound engagement to negotiation and closing. Deliver high-touch relationship management and proactive account planning to maximize customer value.
