The SAP Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for our Solution Delivery function and other functions as required, we want you to own it! To be successful in the role, you will have an extensive technical background gained in an SAP or similar environment and have a proven track record in sourcing the best talent for a variety of technical positions. You will be considered an expert at interviewing using a range of techniques to understand candidates’ motivations and aspirations as well as their career history which you can match with an in-depth understanding of technical and specialized functions in the organization. Supporting a global business, you will also be recruiting non-technical (corporate) roles as well. To be a great SAP Technical Recruiter at Vistex, you can’t just post and pray – we want Hunters! Requirements

  • Extensive technical background gained in an SAP or similar environment.
  • Proven track record in sourcing the best talent for a variety of technical positions.
  • Expertise at interviewing using a range of techniques to understand candidates’ motivations and aspirations as well as their career history.
  • In-depth understanding of technical and specialized functions in the organization.
  • Ability to recruit non-technical (corporate) roles.
  • Must be a 'Hunter' - not just post and pray.

Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers across the globe to clarify and understand requirements.
  • Source candidates using a variety of head-hunting methods including search engines and social media.
  • Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and organize in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and best practice ensuring they are all confident in interviewing and the legal framework surrounding interviewing.
  • Use the UltiPro Recruiting platform for record keeping on candidates and in line with the local and GDPR policies.
  • Initiate candidate drug screens, background, reference and related checks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $60k to $70k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills, and work experience.
