About The Position

BridgePhase is seeking a motivated and people-focused People Operations Coordinator to join their growing team in the Tysons Corner, VA area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in technical recruiting who is excited to expand into broader People Operations and HR responsibilities while helping shape an exceptional employee experience and company culture. This individual will work closely with the recruiting and People Operations team to help support a fast-moving hiring pipeline, onboarding efforts, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day operational support across the business. The ideal candidate has a go-getter attitude, is ready to jump in where needed, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and contributes to a positive, people-first culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting required
  • Strong sourcing and candidate screening experience across technical skill sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed
  • Passion for culture, employee experience, and building strong teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Federal Government contracting or IT modernization programs is highly preferred
  • Prior experience supporting HR, onboarding, employee engagement, or People Operations initiatives is a plus
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; JazzHR experience is a huge plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Candidates local to the Tysons Corner / Northern Virginia area are strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supporting full lifecycle recruiting efforts for technical and corporate positions across the company
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles including Software Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity professionals, and more
  • Working closely with hiring managers and recruiters to help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
  • Assisting with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS management
  • Supporting onboarding and new hire orientation efforts to ensure a smooth and welcoming employee experience
  • Assisting with People Operations initiatives including employee engagement activities, internal communications, culture efforts, and special projects
  • Supporting social media and employer branding efforts related to recruiting and company culture
  • Maintaining candidate and employee documentation while ensuring organization and compliance throughout processes
  • Helping the team stay agile and responsive as new hiring needs arise across the business
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the recruiting and People Operations teams as needed
