Requirements

Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems.
Certified in at least one other SF space (e.g., PMGM, Training, Recruiting).
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience, or Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

Identify and assess LMS requirements for upcoming SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Provide advisory on key client decisions related to Learning Management System functionality.
Use business acumen to initiate transformation programs, both domain- and platform-led.
Demonstrate to clients how SAP solutions can address their business challenges.
Collaborate within a team, interacting with clients, managing workstreams, and coordinating with other teams.
Lead and manage workstream and/or project activities.
Liaise with all project workstreams, including technical, reports, conversion, change management, and project management.
Adapt current methods, tools, and procedures to develop solutions that meet client needs.
Analyze business requirements to identify configuration solutions.
Maintain records of requirements, solutions, impacts, alternatives, and final decisions.
Employ effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.
