About The Position

Accenture’s SAP practice helps clients meet the challenges of digitization by solving complex business problems and helping their companies do more. This role involves configuring SAP solutions, working in teams, leading projects, and diving into the details of workstreams. Travel to client sites is expected.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
• Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems
• Certified in at least one other SF space i.e. PMGM, Training, recruiting, etc
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess LMS requirements for an upcoming SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Provide advisory on key client decisions relating to Learning Management System functionality
• Use business acumen to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Interact with clients, manage workstreams, and collaborate with other teams
• Run the workstream and/or project activities
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
• Use effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.
