About The Position

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll configuration
- Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
- A broad range of knowledge and experience with respect to SAP’s on premise and cloud technology solutions
- Deep understanding of HR business functions and processes and expertise working in different industries, and strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
- Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll projects
- Experience working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 3 full cycle implementations)
- Ability to interpret business requirements, problems, and provide clear recommendations.
- Experience leading client workshops, and creating documentation and training materials
- Collaborate and communicate with clients
Responsibilities
- Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
- Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll based on business requirements
- Assist in developing functional specification for developments
- Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
- Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users
- Collaborating with consultants from other modules such as Finance and Core HR
