Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning management modules based on business requirements Assist in developing functional specification for developments Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users This newly created role reflects our commitment to growth and delivering distinctive value for our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning management configuration experience
- Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
- Experience with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)
- Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning management projects
- Ability to interpret business requirements, problems and provide clear recommendations.
- Experience leading client workshops, and creating documentation and training materials
